Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped via Omniva.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email to monitor delivery status.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.

For products marked as Pre-Order, please allow an additional 5–20 business days for production before shipping.

Order processing usually takes less than 24 hours after payment confirmation, excluding pre-order production time.

Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping price.

Customers may return a product within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
